Led by the esteemed Brandy Lyn, the Director of Ivy Standard Yoga and the 2010 International Yoga Champion, this Immersion is designed to be a container for expansion. Challenge yourself in daily advanced hot yoga classes with like-minded yoga athletes passionate about breaking through barriers. This immersion is perfect for USA Yoga Competitors or anyone looking to dive into the deep end with their yoga asana practice.
