Double Occupancy Policy

If you register for double occupancy without selecting a roommate, we will make every effort to pair you with another guest. If a roommate cannot be assigned, you will be responsible for paying the single occupancy rate.

I grant Ivy Standard Yoga Institute permission to photograph, record, and use images or video of me captured during the Legacy Retreat for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media, email communications, and printed materials. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

I agree to pay at least half of my Legacy Retreat Balance by Dec 1, 2026 and my total balance is due by Feb. 25, 2027

I understand yoga is a physical activity and participate at my own risk.
