I grant Ivy Standard Yoga Institute permission to photograph and/or record me during Yoga Camp and authorize the use of these images or recordings for educational, promotional, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation.*

I understand that yoga and fitness activities involve inherent risks. I certify that I am physically able to participate, will practice within my own limits, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release Ivy Standard Yoga Institute, its instructors, staff, and facility from liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.*

I understand that all registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from Ivy Standard Yoga Institute.*
